Philip Lee is a Sheffield based artist exploring portraiture through traditional methods of representation using paint, as well as alternative methods relating to architecture, environmental psychology, and emotion.
Lee has always been fascinated by portraiture, and the diverse range of representation a person can have. Exploration into alternate methods began during his architectural masters, looking into how the home can create portraits of those who live within them, and how the two may change in relation to one another.
